In the search for a BBB (bueno, bonito y barato) place to have a quick dinner, my friends and I landed on Remember Saigon.
We shared a bowl of beef pho (no, we didn’t all slurp from the same bowl). I’m no pho connoisseur but I liked it. Perhaps it had too many noodles for my taste but I declared it a rice day and filled up the carb tank.
Beef pho ($11.90)
We also ordered a beef papaya salad that was fresh, light and tasty. Very good choice IMO.
Beef papaya salad ($13.90)
Jane and Gary shared a crispy Vietnamese pancake that was huge and pork rib with lemongrass and chilli. Both looked great (aside from the flour, that is) and I was told they were good.
Crispy Vietnamese pancake ($10.90)
Pork rib with lemongrass and chilli ($18.90)
