Review: Thr1ve (Sydney CBD) (2)

I’ve been to Thr1ve a couple more times since my first review in order to try some other lunch options.

The first time I had a lunch bowl with grass-fed minute steak and onion jam served on salad greens. The steak was tender and the onion jam delicious. Not a huge serving as a whole but a very decent amount of protein.

Another time I had a lunch bowl with salmon teriyaki served on greens with extra steamed broccoli. While the salmon wasn’t as juicy as I like it, it wasn’t hopelessly dry. It didn’t have a lot of sauce on it, which is actually good (means less sugar). It was an enjoyable lunch but I felt that the amount and greens and broccoli didn’t justify the price.
